HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link, you can use this to track your order. Please note there may be a small delay between the email and the tracking link updating. If you are having any issues tracking your order please email lostgardentattoo@gmail.com

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER

This will depend on where your order is being delivered to, please refer to our shipping page for estimated shipping times. Please note, everything is made to order so please allow 5 working days for your order to me produced and shipped. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. However, please note that during holidays and sales periods, bank holiday and weekends, this may take longer.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

We hope that your order arrives as expected but if there is a problem then please contact us on lostgardentattoo@gmail.com and we will endeavour to rectify any issues.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN

Please refer to our returns page which should give you all the information you need to make an exchange or return.

WHY IS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING

If you have made a mistake on your order please email our team as soon as possible on lostgardentattoo@gmail.com, who will endeavour to make the necessary adjustments. Please note that we will not be able to make any amendments if your order has already been dispatched.

MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, WHAT CAN I DO

If you notice a mistake on your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible on lostgardentattoo@gmail.com so they can amend this for you. Please note if your order is dispatched prior to you making contact unfortunately we will not be able to amend the delivery address.
